Rui Chammas | Chief Executive OfficerMr. Chammas was graduated in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering in ITA in 1988. He started his career in Rhodia, working in Brasil and France until 2002. He took on a new challenge in Brasken, when remained 11 years, having been Vice President in the Polymers and Basic Petrochemicals Division. After that, he was CEO in Bioserv-Louis Dreyfus Group, between 2013 and 2018, when assumed as CEO on STERLITE POWER BRASIL. He is postgraduate in Management by FGV and specialization courses in MIT and IMD.
Silvia Diniz Wada has a degree in economics from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Finance from Ibmec. She has worked for more than 10 years in Mergers and Acquisitions at companies such as Deloitte, Hirashima & Associados and Grupo EDP, where she was Head of M&A and director of the Solar and Services Business Unit. She joined ISA CTEEP on 09/22/2020 as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer and, since 06/04/2024, has held the position of Chief Financial, Investor Relations and Business Development Officer.
Dayron has a degree in electrical engineering and a specialization from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He started his career as a Design Engineer at Mejia Villegas S/A, assuming in 2000 the position of Engineer at Alston Transmissão. Subsequently, he started his activities in the ISA Group acting in several positions. In 2008 he took over Projects Management, taking over Execution and Projects Management in 2009. In 2012, he had the opportunity to act as Infrastructure Projects Officer in Peru, by PDI, a subsidiary of the Group, arriving in 2014 to the position of Corporate Projects Officer at ISA.
Cláudio Hernan Domingorena has a degree from the Universidad de Belgrano (Buenos Aires), a post-graduate degree in Engineering Valuation and Expertise from FAAP and an MBA in the Electricity Sector from FGV. He has worked for more than 23 years in the areas of Asset and Economic Valuation Engineering, Asset Management and Electricity Sector Regulation, having worked for Levin Argentina and Levin do Brasil and AES Eletropaulo. In 2018 he joined ISA CTEEP as Regulation Management Manager, and in 2023 he took up the position of Regulation Management, Fixed Assets and Real Estate Director, being elected on June 4, 2024 as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer.
Bruno Isolani is an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Electrical Systems Protection from Unicamp, an Executive MBA in Administration and Business in the Electrical Sector from FGV and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Strategic People Management from FIA. He began his career as an intern at ISA CTEEP, working as an Engineer and Planning Coordinator. He later joined Neoenergia, in 2019, in the position of Operations Manager. He returned to ISA CTEEP in 2021 as Maintenance Manager, assuming, in 2022, the position of Operations Manager. Since 10/08/2024 he has held the position of Executive Director of Operations.

Gabriel Jaime Melguizo Posada | President of the CAElectrical Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Belarus, with a Master's degree in Engineering from the same Institute and a Master's degree in Administration from EAFIT University. He has been connected to Interconexión Eléctrica SA ESP – ISA since 1998 and, since 2019, he has been responsible for ISA's energy transmission business in Chile. Already acting as General Manager of ISA ENERGIA, he contributed to strengthening ISA ENERGIA's presence in the southern country, ensuring operations, and promoting sustainable growth. Previously, he served as Director of Corporate Operations at ISA ENERGIA, a position for which he was responsible for articulating the operations of ISA ENERGIA's transmission network in Latin America. In his 25 years of experience at ISA ENERGIA, his journey through all levels of the Energy Transmission business is also noteworthy in his role as Operations Engineer, Operations Director, Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Manager, and Technical Assistant Manager.
Economist and executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors, he serves as Head of Latin America at Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI), a global leader in payments and financial technology, operating in 32 countries across the region, with a strong presence in the Brazilian market. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served as Managing Director at Citibank for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, having previously held the positions of CEO of Citibank Brazil and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for Latin America. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sapore and has previously served on the boards of directors and advisory boards of prominent companies and institutions, including ISA Energia Brasil, TAESA, Santander Asset Management UK, FEBRABAN, Thomson Reuters, and BM&F. He was also a member of Brazil’s Economic and Social Development Council between 2002 and 2006.
Industrial engineer graduated from Universidad del Norte, with a specialization in Finance and an MBA from Universidad del Norte. He studied financial risk at Tecnológico de Monterrey and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Universidad de los Andes and the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School. With more than 25 years of experience in the electric power sector, he currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Interconexión Eléctrica S.A., the Company’s indirect controlling shareholder. He has also served as Director of Financial Resources at ISA, Financial and Administrative Manager at Gas Natural de Lima y Callao, Finance Manager at ISA REP in Peru, and Head of Financial Planning at ISA Transelca.
Economist, PhD in Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and professor at FGV, she has been the founder and director of the Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies (FGV CERI) since 2010. She has extensive experience in regulation and infrastructure, having served as Director of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) from 2005 to 2009. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Electric System Operator (ONS) (term 2024–2026) and an independent board member at SANEPAR (term 2023–2026), and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of BNDES between 2021 and 2023. She acts as a specialist in energy, sanitation, and infrastructure projects in collaboration with multilateral organizations and is a member of leading international forums, including the World Economic Forum.
Business administrator with a specialization in an Energy MBA, an MBA in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Management, a degree in Financial Administration Technology, a specialization in Management, and a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). An executive with a broad and solid career across the public and private sectors, he currently serves as President of Ecopetrol Oil & Gas Brasil Ltda., a subsidiary of the Ecopetrol S.A. Group, one of the leading energy companies in Latin America. Over more than two decades of professional experience, he has successfully led strategic areas in companies such as Trayectoria Oil & Gas and New Stratus Energy Inc., as well as in public sector institutions, including Colombia’s National Planning Department (DNP). His professional track record is distinguished by an integrated vision combining public policy, territorial development, and corporate expansion, particularly in the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors.
Business Administrator graduated from the University of Antioquia, with a Master of Science (MSc) in Operational Research from Lancaster University, England, and executive studies in General Management and the Advanced Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge. She has more than 20 years of experience in the electric power sector, having served as an Organizational Development Specialist and Corporate Planning Specialist at ISA. Between 2010 and 2012, she held the position of Corporate Management Manager at Intervial Chile, ISA’s road concessions subsidiary. Since 2014, she has served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at ISA, leading strategic updates, the implementation of the ISA 2030 Strategy – Growth with Sustainable Value, as well as enterprise-wide risk management, innovation, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
Electrical engineer graduated from Universidade Paulista in 2014, with a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from Universidade Candido Mendes; Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito de Bauru in 1995; attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo Chapter; postgraduate degree in Social Security Law from Universidade Candido Mendes; mechanical technologist from São Paulo State University (UNESP – Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho) in 1989; and holder of the CCF IBGC (Experience) certification from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). He is a member of the Deliberative Council of Vivest (Fundação CESP) and previously served as a Fiscal Council member from 2018 to 2023 and as a Deliberative Council member from 2009 to 2018. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative of Mutual Economy and Credit of Employees of Energy Companies of the State of São Paulo from 2000 to 2011 and a Fiscal Council member from 1999 to 2000. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of ISA Energia Brasil.
Lawyer, graduated in Law from PUC-Rio, with specializations in corporate law, capital markets, accounting, and finance. She holds postgraduate degrees in Business Law from FGV and in Finance from COPPEAD/UFRJ, and completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2024. She currently serves as Director of Compulsory Loan Legal Affairs at Eletrobras. Previously, she worked for more than nine years as Head of Investor Relations at Eletrobras. She participated in the coordination of the Global Public Offering related to the privatization of Eletrobras, the largest public offering in Brazil in 2022 and the largest transaction in the Western world that year. She is a former member of the Fiscal Council of ISA Energia Brasil S.A. (current name of CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista), Equatorial Maranhão, and other companies in the electric power sector.
Lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Bolivariana, with specializations in Law and Political Science, Administrative Law, and Commercial Law from the same institution, completed in 1994, 1998, and 2003, respectively. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), obtained in 2003. She has worked in the electric power sector since 1995, initially serving as Legal Advisor at URRÁ S.A. E.S.P. In June 1999, she joined ISA as Legal Advisor to the Wholesale Energy Market Management. In 2003, she was promoted to Director of Regulatory and Legal Management within ISA’s Market Operational and Administrative Management. In 2005, she moved to XM Compañía de Expertos en Mercado S.A. E.S.P., where she served as General Counsel. She currently holds the position of Legal Vice President of Grupo ISA and serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of ISA.
Fiscal Council
Ricardo Lopes Cardoso | President of the CouncilPhD (FEA/USP) and Master’s degree (FAF/UERJ) in Accounting Sciences. He is a Full Professor at FAF/UERJ and a Senior Adjunct Professor at FGV/EBAPE, where he coordinates the Academic Master’s and PhD Programs in Management, as well as the Applied Research Center in Accounting & Data Analytics. He is a partner at SzusterCardoso Accounting Services. He has served as Chairman of the Fiscal Council of ISA Energia Brasil S.A. since 2017. He is a member of the Statutory Audit Committee of CEMIG – Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (since 2024) and previously served on the Statutory Audit Committee of NAV Brasil Serviços de Navegação Aérea (2022–2023). He was also a member of the Fiscal Council of MAM-RJ – Museu de Arte Moderna do Rio de Janeiro (2021–2023). He acts as an independent consultant to the World Bank and to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). His research interests focus on judgment and decision-making in accounting and auditing, as well as the use of data analytics in the evaluation of government auditing and the monitoring of sustainability indicators. He is the author of numerous articles published in leading academic journals, including Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Accounting Forum, The International Journal of Accounting, Public Administration and Development, Public Money & Management, Research in Economics, Revista de Administração Pública, Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting & Financial Management, Mathematics, Frontiers in Psychology, PLOS One, among others.

From July 2014 to August 2017, she held the position of Controller at electric power generation companies. She served as Chair of the Audit Committee of Caixa Econômica Federal and as a member of the Board of Directors of BRB – Banco de Brasília. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BR Partners and CI&T, as well as a member of fiscal councils and audit committees.
Certified public accountant and lawyer, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences from Faculdade Moraes Junior – Mackenzie and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá. She has completed a training program for Board Members of Family‑Controlled Companies and Corporate Governance at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), as well as complementary programs in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Ethics, and Institutional Leadership at Fundação Dom Cabral. She has more than 43 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate governance, with a solid track record in integrity, compliance, and strategic management. She has worked at Domingues e Pinho Contadores for 35 years and currently serves as Director, having been responsible over the past 15 years for the strategic and operational management of the São Paulo unit, overseeing accounting, tax, paralegal, finance, and payroll support functions. Previously, she held management and coordination roles in the accounting and tax areas at Domingues e Pinho Contadores in Rio de Janeiro, and also worked as an Accounting Technician at Petrobras, focusing on income tax calculation and tax compliance.

He actively serves on fiscal and administrative boards of energy sector companies, including Eletronuclear, CEPEL, Chapada do Piauí I and II, and EMAE, contributing his expertise to governance and strategic decision-making.

He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. He is a Full Professor at the School of Administration and Accounting Sciences of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (FACC/UFRJ). He is a member of the Accounting Policies, Taxation, and Financial Statements Subcommittee of the Audit Committee of Gol Linhas Aéreas and serves on the Advisory Board of the Applied Research Center in Accounting and Analytics (ARC‑A&A) of Fundação Getulio Vargas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidade Moraes Junior and completed specialization courses in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at FIPECAFI, as well as the program “Theory and Operation of a Modern Economy” at the George Washington University School of Business. He began his professional career at Eletrobras in 2002, having held several senior positions, including Accounting Consolidation and US GAAP Manager (2006–2009), General Accounting Manager (2009–2013), Accounting Superintendent (2013–2021), and Planning and Control Superintendent (2022–2023). He currently serves as Director of Planning and Controllership. Since 2010, he has served as a member of Fiscal Councils in several companies within the electric power sector. He currently chairs the Fiscal Council of Furnas and is a member of the Board of Directors of Equatorial Maranhão.

She also held the positions of General Counsel, Compliance and Government Relations Director at Grupo Lala Brasil (Vigor), Via Varejo, and General Counsel, Compliance, Government Relations, Licensing, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Grupo Orpea, with responsibility for Latin America. She currently serves as General Counsel of L’Oréal Brazil, Legal Coordinator of the France–Brazil Chamber of Commerce, Vice President for Legal Affairs and Public Policy of Instituto Mulheres do Varejo (pro bono), and mentors Black female lawyers through a partnership with BlackSistersinLaw. She was elected for five consecutive years as one of the Most Admired General Counsels in the country (peer‑selected) and for two consecutive years as one of the Most Influential Legal Executives in Brazil (peer‑selected). Karen Nataly Medina Moreno | Committee ChairmanShe holds a degree in Business Administration from the Colombian School of Engineering, a specialization in Marketing Management from Universidad Externado, and a Master’s degree in Customer and Employee Experience from OBS Business School. She has also participated in the Harvard Mentor Program and in the Leading Digital Transformation program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She was appointed Vice President of Organizational Talent effective February 7, 2025. Karen previously served as Manager of Culture, Development, and Employee Experience at Ecopetrol, where she worked for five years. She has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services and oil and gas sectors, with expertise in human talent management, projects, processes, and digital transformation. At Ecopetrol, she held several positions, including Staff and Employee Experience Leader and Digital Adoption Leader. She also served as Head of Project and Process Transformation at Davivienda; Head of Experience and Quality, and Transformation and Change Management Leader at Itaú; and Deputy Manager of High-Value Segments at Corpbanca, among other roles.

Juliana Suso Jaramillo | Committee ChairmanShe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Methodist University, North Carolina. Juliana has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions at multinational companies in the United States and Europe, spanning commercial and marketing roles, as well as communications, corporate affairs, and public policy advocacy. She served as Marketing Coordinator for Colombia and Ecuador at Merck Colombia S.A. and held positions such as New Products Manager, Product Manager, Line Coordinator, and Regional Manager at Bayer S.A. She also held leadership roles at Wyeth Inc., Pfizer Ltda., Amgen Inc., and UnitedHealth Group. In 2019, she was a member of the Presidential Advisory Council of Colombian Companies, which works to promote women’s safety in economic matters of national relevance. She currently serves as Vice President of Institutional Relations at ISA. She is not considered a Politically Exposed Person, as defined under CVM Resolution No. 50.
Economist, PhD in Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and professor at FGV, she has been the founder and director of the Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies (FGV CERI) since 2010. She has extensive experience in regulation and infrastructure, having served as Director of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) from 2005 to 2009. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Electric System Operator (ONS) (term 2024–2026) and an independent board member at SANEPAR (term 2023–2026), and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of BNDES between 2021 and 2023. She acts as a specialist in energy, sanitation, and infrastructure projects in collaboration with multilateral organizations and is a member of leading international forums, including the World Economic Forum.
Business administrator with a specialization in an Energy MBA, an MBA in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Management, a degree in Financial Administration Technology, a specialization in Management, and a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). An executive with a broad and solid career across the public and private sectors, he currently serves as President of Ecopetrol Oil & Gas Brasil Ltda., a subsidiary of the Ecopetrol S.A. Group, one of the leading energy companies in Latin America. Over more than two decades of professional experience, he has successfully led strategic areas in companies such as Trayectoria Oil & Gas and New Stratus Energy Inc., as well as in public sector institutions, including Colombia’s National Planning Department (DNP). His professional track record is distinguished by an integrated vision combining public policy, territorial development, and corporate expansion, particularly in the energy, technology, and infrastructure sectors.
Electrical engineer graduated from Universidade Paulista in 2014, with a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering from Universidade Candido Mendes; Bachelor of Laws from Faculdade de Direito de Bauru in 1995; attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo Chapter; postgraduate degree in Social Security Law from Universidade Candido Mendes; mechanical technologist from São Paulo State University (UNESP – Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho) in 1989; and holder of the CCF IBGC (Experience) certification from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). He is a member of the Deliberative Council of Vivest (Fundação CESP) and previously served as a Fiscal Council member from 2018 to 2023 and as a Deliberative Council member from 2009 to 2018. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative of Mutual Economy and Credit of Employees of Energy Companies of the State of São Paulo from 2000 to 2011 and a Fiscal Council member from 1999 to 2000. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of ISA Energia Brasil.
